Policy

Return Policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the conditions below are met. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when received.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there is often some processing delay.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was received as a gift, please contact us at margogetit@gmail.com for return or exchange assistance.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver directly, we may require the order number or purchaser’s email for verification.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returned items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary.
  • For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Shipping Policy

Once a return request is approved, customers have 14 days to ship the item back. Items shipped after this window may be ineligible for a refund.
